Growing up in the West Lakes area and attending Underdale High School, Rick Schultz knows the Western Suburbs! Starting his career in retail and later transitioning into sales, Rick has developed a strong emphasis on customer service and prioritising people's needs. Since 2016, he has been actively involved in buying, renovating, and renting out properties. In 2017, Rick decided to enter the real estate industry after encountering several unprofessional agents, thinking he could do better. 'You need to be real with people, there are too many fake people out there!'
Since his beginnings, Rick has worked alongside the best in the industry and has now found his home at Ray White Port Adelaide/Largs Bay. Rick understands that a person's property is usually the most important asset they own and it can become a very stressful time, when selling. Through knowledge, skills and having a great understanding of people, Rick feels confident that he can get the job done for them successfully. And with the added bonus of experience in renovating, he brings tips to clients who are either selling or buying to help maximise the sale.
Outside of work, Rick enjoys renovating, exercising at Ryderwear, jamming to music, spending time with his pet parrot, and traveling annually. As part of Ray White Port Adelaide/Largs Bay family, Rick is supported by an incredible team and has recently achieved the "Elite" status, placing him among the top 3% of agents within the Ray White group.
